Refund policy

REFUNDS
All sales are final. We use the highest quality organic and/or non-GMO ingredients available because we understand the difference that it makes. Due to the long-fermentation process of sourdough, orders are typically started 3-5 days in advance and ingredients are purchased days before that.

For CUSTOM COOKIE ORDERS full payment is expected to secure your delivery date. We understand that sometimes life happens. If the need for cancellation arises, please contact us ASAP. At our discretion, we can offer a 50% refund for custom cookie orders only, that are cancelled up to 10 days prior to delivery.

INCLEMENT WEATHER
If delivery is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for delivery on the soonest, safe day. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather, but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!

For custom cookie orders, the following policies are in addition to the above:

DELIVERY
Once we deliver your order, our responsibility ends and your responsibility begins. Cookies are individually heat sealed and packaged in a box with padding. Once delivered, we are not responsible for cookies that are mishandled, dropped or break. Cookies should be stored at room temperature and are best within 3-5 days, however cookies can also be frozen in their individual heat sealed packaging for up to 3 months.

REFUNDS
While we want you to love our cookies, if you are not satisfied with your order, please return all uneaten cookies within 24 hours so we can assess their condition and troubleshoot any problems. We will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.
