Each basket includes:

• 1 freshly baked loaf of sourdough bread
• 1 cookie variety box with a dozen cookies (4 chocolate chip, 4 snickerdoodle and 4 seasonal cookies)
• 1 jar of homemade jam (flavor varies by season)
• 1 potted plant that was grown here at Serenity Valley Farm

Each package is wrapped together with a beautiful bow and includes a handwritten note.
